Opus Apartments, Naples, FL

Purchased in mid 2019 Sold in mid 2022: This property is located in the Naples, FL metro area. The property was built as a condo project in the early 2000’s.  The apartment interiors had not been renovated in 10+ years and the common areas were not kept up.  We saw an opportunity to aggressively renovate interiors and invest in common area upgrades and over our hold period we were able to achieve a significant increase in asset value while still being one of the few affordable housing options in the market.

Maplewood Apartments, Louisville, KY

Purchased in early 2019, Sold in late 2022: This property is located in the Louisville, KY metro area. The community was purchased off market from a long-time owner. The asset had a lot of interior and exterior deferred maintenance. Through a targeted capital improvement plan and a professional management system that included a utility bill back program, we were able to improve the living conditions of our residents and achieve a very favorable outcome for our investors.

Running Brook Estates, Rapid City, SD

Purchased in early 2019, Sold in late 2021: This property is located in the Rapid City, SD metro area. The community was built in the 1980’s.  We saw an opportunity to complete several severely needed capital improvement projects, and install a professional management team. Over our hold period, we transitioned the property into one of the premier residential communities in the metro area, while still being one of the lowest cost housing options in the market and as a result creating significant value for our investors.
