Gregory C. Tanner
Following graduation from Trinity College in 2004, Greg began his career in real estate working for Trammell Crow Company. Greg founded Gates Street Capital Partners to focus on the acquisition of multifamily real estate. Greg has oversight responsibility for acquisitions, financing and investor relations for the firm and he has experience structuring investments with equity funded by principal capital, high net worth individuals, family offices and opportunity funds. Greg is an approved Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac borrower and has experience with other lending sources such as CMBS, Life Companies and Banks.
Stephen F. Vazza
Stephen has been in the real estate business for more than 35 years, for the majority of this time he has been the President of the Vazza Real Estate Group (est. in 1965). Over the years, Stephen has developed, financed, and managed major residential & multifamily real estate developments in 14 states. At Gates Street Capital, Stephen oversees the development and execution of the Company’s investment strategy, capital raising, and client relations. He is a 1988 graduate of The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
