Following graduation from Trinity College, Greg began his career in real estate working for Trammell Crow Company & Colliers International. In 2010, Greg founded Gates Street Capital Partners to focus on the acquisition of multifamily real estate, in this time has bought and sold over 2,000 multifamily units. Greg has oversight responsibility for acquisitions, financing and investor relations for the firm and he has experience structuring investments with equity funded by principal capital, high net worth individuals, family offices and opportunity funds. Greg is an approved Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac borrower and has experience with other lending sources such as CMBS, Life Companies and Banks.

Debra Burgess

Director of Asset Management

Debra has more than 25 years of real estate management experience, her duties include overseeing capital budgets and projects, acquisition due diligence, and market analysis. Additionally, Debra works with the property management team on revenue management, implements property-specific strategies and assists with property level tax reporting.

Craig has more than 30 years of multifamily property management experience and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day onsite operations and renovation projects across the portfolio.
